Do we own the resumes or is there an additional fee if we hire?

O nce Staff Busters receives your search request we immediately begin sourcing resumes for your position. Within 24 hours you will begin to receive those resumes. Once you receive those resumes they are yours. Staff Busters does not restrict your ability to communicate with those potential candidates. Staff Busters does not collect any additional fees. We are paid solely for our resume sourcing and qualifying skill s.

Do you use resume filtering software?

S taff Busters does NOT use resume filtering software. While that can be successful in narrowing your search from thousands of resumes to hundreds, we feel there is no substitute for human interaction. We have not yet found any system of resume filtering that can replace the necessity of having real recruiters searching for candidates.
